Nutty Irish Cream Cups




200 gms Dark chocolate (melted)
2 tbspn Coffee powder
2 cups Whipped cream
2 Ice cream cups
2 tbspn crushed dry fruits [ almonds , pista , walnuts)


Apply melted chocolate with brush/spoon in the cup,spread it evenly. Put it in freezer for 1 minute , apply second coating of chocolate and deep freeze it for 1 more minute repeat the same once again , so u have 2 coating in all. leave it for 10 secs and press in the centre lightly and unmould.

For filling

2cups Fresh cream and 2tbspn coffee powder
Mix it well , but unevenly

Add the filling in the cup , level the filling neatly.Decorate with chocolate vermicelli

and its Ready to serve!

It tastes yum & looks exotic..try it. doesn't take more than 10-12 mins! imagine a sexy looking dessert in 10mins!
