Pineapple Tart



Ingredients
1tbsp ghee
¼ cup fresh pineapple or if tinned 2 pieces [ crushed]
5 bread slice crumbs [remove sides and crush]
¼ Malai
¼ cup sugar
3 tbsp cashew nuts
1 tbsp pineapple essence
100-150 gm paneer
¼ cup grated coconut

Get started:

Heat ghee in a deep pan add crushed pineapple ,grated coconut, bread crumbs , malai , sugar and cashew nuts and pineaaple essence..Mix well. Let it cool. Add grated paneer and mix it well. Give it different shapes and your tart is ready.
