Choco Eclipse




Ingredients

Part I
60gm dark chocolate grated
3tbsp single fat cream
Melt the 2 together
3 drops orange essence
50 gms whipped cream
Fill in piping bag

Part II
60gm white chocolate grated
3tbsp single fat cream
Melt together
3 drops vanilla essence
50 gms whipped cream
Fill in piping bag

Set in small desert glasses, refrigerate it.
Sprinkle chocolate vermicelli or grated chocolate.

And Voila! This is a easy and a yummy in the tummy recipe. It tastes like chocolate mousse. You can also use only dark chocolate and set.
